Graduated on International Business from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) in 2014. She also has studies on Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). She has course the diploma specialized in tariff classification at “AJR Capacitación” and the “Updating of Amendments to the Harmonized System” taught by the World Customs Organization. She has completed several trainings focused on the management of licenses to import toxic substances and inputs for health by the Ministry of Health and the Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS).

She has been the Manager of training and attention to foreign trade consultations at the Mexican National Association of Importers and Exporters (ANIERM) and the Academic Director of the Escuela de Clasificación Arancelaria (ESCLA), where she developed training courses on tariff classification for many private and public institutions, such as the “Asociación de Agentes Aduanales de Tijuana y Tecate, A.C.” (AAATyT), The “Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportación” (INDEX Piedras Negras), the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Service and Property Alienations Department (SAE).  Her professional practice is focused on advising national and international clients on tariff classification, foreign trade audits and compliance with tariff and nontariff regulations, in particular, health regulations and sanitary licences. She has been appointed as an expert on tarrif classification, in judicial and administrative litigations.
