Attorney at law graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in 2020. She also has postgraduate studies in Tax Law. She participated as a junior researcher in the “research methods” scholarship, which was carried out at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
She has extensive experience as attorney in customs law and foreign trade matters. Her professional practice is focused on advising national and international clients in fulfilling their obligations in customs and foreign trade matters, especially, in the practice of internal audits to verify their level of compliance with obligations related to foreign trade operations, tariff classification, application, of preferencial tariff treatment, development of strategies in importing and exporting goods, among others. She also represents and advises clients in audits conducted by customs and tax authorities, as well as in litigation at the administrative level and in different judicial instances.
