Attorney at Law graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He has completed training course in foreign trade at the “Escuela de Clasificación Arancelaría” (ESCLA) and Foreign Trade Diploma from the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Comercio Exterior (IMECE).

He was part of the Specialized Court on Foreign Trade Matters of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA), where he served as Secretary of Agreements assistant, participating in the processing and resolution of disputes on customs and foreign trade matters. He has specialized his practice attending administrative appeals, nullity claims and amparo proceedings related with trade and customs matters, as well as participating in customs and foreign trade audits, analysis of compliance with Official Mexican Standards and other non-tariff regulations, importers and exporters registries, maquila and promotion sectorial programs, among others.
